You will receive a message from the host before your scheduled time with directions and any instructions you need for safe access to the property.
Check the property’s cancellation policy before booking. Work with the host if you need to cancel or make changes outside of the cancellation policy window using confirmation email. Contact GetOut if you don’t receive a response within 7 days of the cancellation.
Weather cancellations due to severe weather or natural disasters are fully refundable.
